About the piece

Inspired by a journey to the ancient village of Aït Ben Haddou in Morocco, this artwork evokes the feeling of stepping into another world — where time slows, and every wall and pathway holds a story. The piece was originally painted from a photograph taken during that visit, transforming memory into texture and light. Warm, earthen tones meet soft blues and sandy pinks, reflecting the serene contrast between desert and sky.
